FAQ

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?

Due to environmental reasons, most of our clothes are not produced until an order is placed. It may take a few days for your order to be made before it is shipped. The entire process of creation and shipment takes anywhere from one to two weeks, depending on your location and our suppliers.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING ITEMS?

To start a return, send an email to altitude22clothing@gmail.com. We will respond to your request and provide instructions. Our return window is 30 days from purchase, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL?

Once your order has been shipped (which may be up to a few days after your purchase), we will send a tracking number to your email so you can keep track of your package in the mail.

WHAT COUNTRIES ARE OUR CLOTHES AVAILABLE IN?

Our clothes are only available to customers within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates vary based on location and your distance from our warehouses.
